1. Preface

We are often ask yourself, what is important in nursing. Some people would say that is is caring, some pinpoint need of good clinical skills. The true is, that all of those are important. But unfortunately, none of them would be in advantage, unless you put all thing together using care plan. Care plan means struggling to write something which is more than simple words. It is whole thing, that contain all your knowledge about patient. You can use special guidelines, published by some universities, you can also ask your fellow nurse to help with more knowledge and skills.
