ANNOTATION
The book «The Mechanics of the Mystical: The Hidden Becomes Known» offers a unified language for describing phenomena usually classified as belonging to the realm of the secret. Together we will make a journey through a mystical landscape — from karma and rebirth to quantum mysticism, extrasensory abilities, linguistic consciousness, money, energy exchange, dreams, and life itself. And in the final chapter we will bring everything together — we will turn to Unio Mystica — the sacred union of opposites, in which the mechanics of consciousness manifests with special fullness.
It is important to note that we do not criticize or reject mystical phenomena, but propose to consider them through a universal and scalable lens — the laws of the mechanics of consciousness. This is not a replacement of the miracle, but its objectification. Instead of opposition, Ekvilibro proposes coexistence, and instead of replacement — complementation.
The book is addressed to all who seek an accurate, consistent, and practically applicable way of understanding themselves and the world around them. Here you will not find answers, but you will receive knowledge with which you can find your own answers.
Note to the reader:
In this book, all specific terms are used to clearly illustrate the functioning of the mechanics of consciousness. The author does not claim accuracy in their interpretation. The purpose of the book is to offer the reader a unified language and a universal tool for self-observation, which do not cancel or replace any existing traditions and practices.
INTRODUCTION
Humanity has always sought to look behind the veil of the obvious. In this book we will travel through a mystical landscape — from karma to dreams, from rebirth to energy exchange — and see what mechanics stands behind each of these phenomena. Karma, rebirth, quantum consciousness, clairvoyance, prophetic dreams — all these are points on the map of this landscape that have excited human minds for millennia. Usually they are placed in the sphere of beliefs, mysticism, or poetry. But what if behind each of these images stands a verified mechanics — as precise as Newton’s laws, but describing not the movement of planets, but the movement of attention?
The Ekvilibro system offers just such mechanics. The authors formulated the Laws of the mechanics of consciousness — five formulas analogous to physical laws, but applicable to different spheres of life: internal conflicts, interpersonal relationships, social crises, and even global challenges. These laws are not speculative — they generalize the extensive practice of the «Ekvilibro Game» method, which any person can test on themselves in a few minutes.
In this book, together we will go from a mystical image to its mechanical core. We do not destroy the mystery — we clarify it, giving each reader a simple and understandable methodology with which they can independently investigate karma, experience the miracle of rebirth in everyday life, understand quantum metaphors as descriptions of the work of attention, reveal and develop their hidden abilities, and finally live life as a conscious process, not an automatic existence.
By the end of the book, every attentive reader will have in their hands not just a set of ideas, but a holistic understanding and a working tool. The book does not give answers — it offers a key with which, if desired, one can open any door.
Welcome to the world where the hidden becomes known!
Part I. THE CORE OF THE SYSTEM
Chapter 1. THREE PILLARS OF THE EKVILIBRO SYSTEM
Before moving on to the Laws of the mechanics of consciousness, it is necessary to formulate three basic concepts on which the entire system is built.
1.1. Polarity
The world is dual by nature. Everything we can perceive, comprehend, or experience exists in the form of pairs of opposites: good — bad, right — guilty, success — failure, joy — sorrow, freedom — dependence, growth — crisis.
This is not a psychological abstraction. Duality is built into the very framework of being. Space does not exist without time, movement is unthinkable without rest, light is known through darkness, and good through evil. The tension between the poles generates the dynamics of life. The elimination of one pole deprives the other of fullness and halts development.
The problem is not that the world is dual, but that man does not notice it.
1.2. Identification
In the ordinary state, a person is captured by one of the poles of duality — identified with it. He does not see the situation as a whole, but perceives it through the prism of his roles: «I am a victim,» «I am a rescuer,» «I am a loser,» «I am a controller.»
This state resembles sleep or hypnosis: a person reacts automatically, not noticing that he chooses the same patterns again and again. Triggers launch habitual reactions, and attention unconsciously flows into the familiar groove.
Identification with anything is not a mistake or a vice, but a natural property of consciousness, which is a problem only when it remains unnoticed.
1.3. The Observer
In any polar system there exists a third element — the Observer. This is not one of the extremes and not their sum. It is an active, conscious position from which both poles are seen simultaneously, but the person is not identified with either of them.
The Observer is a position from which free choice is possible, not dictated by automatic reaction. It is important to understand that we are not talking about a passive witness, but an active participant, capable of seeing the entire space of options, choosing the optimal one, and acting.
It is the Observer who is able to stop the inertia of perception and perform an action based on a full vision of the situation.
Chapter 2. THE LAWS OF THE MECHANICS OF CONSCIOUSNESS AND THE «EKVILIBRO GAME» METHOD
The Ekvilibro approach is based on five laws that describe the movement of attention and the mechanisms of identification and disidentification. They are structurally analogous to the laws of classical physics and Einstein’s formula, which makes it possible to transfer the precision of the natural sciences into the sphere of working with consciousness.
2.1. Zeroth law: the law of equivalence of attention and result
Formula (by analogy with E = mc²):
R = A × C²
where:
— R (Result) — the energy of the result (the quality of lived experience, the fullness of life);
— A (Attention) — the energy of attention directed toward action;
— C (Consciousness Speed) — the speed of awareness, a person’s ability to notice their automatisms and switch into the position of the Observer.
How it works:
In ordinary perception, thought and result often seem different in nature. The Zeroth law of the mechanics of consciousness of Ekvilibro asserts their equivalence: the difference between them is determined by the square of the speed of awareness.
The quality of any result is directly proportional to how much conscious attention is invested in it. The same action, performed unconsciously or consciously, yields a different result. Even a small increase in awareness leads to significant changes.
To date, the speed of awareness (C) has no generally accepted quantitative measure. However, the history of science shows that what today seems a metaphor may tomorrow become a measurable quantity. This work offers a path to such a measurement — through strengthening the Observer and fixing the time of transition between the poles of duality.
2.2. First law: the law of inertia of perception (the law of automatism)
Formula:
ΔS = 0 or ΔS = const
at F_obs = 0
where:
— ΔS — change in the state of consciousness;
— F_obs — the force of the Observer (the ability to be in non-judgmental awareness).
How it works:
Consciousness, like a physical body, moves by inertia or is identified with one of the poles of duality: triggers automatically launch a habitual reaction. The only force capable of stopping this automatism is the conscious act of observation.
A person can live for years in the same role because consciousness moves by inertia. For example, if the belief «I am limited» (by age, abilities, circumstances) has become fixed, then every new challenge will be interpreted in this key.

2.3. Second law: the law of acceleration of awareness (the law of acceleration of disidentification)
Formulas:
a = F_obs / m_ident
a = C / t
where:
— a — acceleration of awareness;
— F_obs — the force of the Observer;
— m_ident — the mass of identifications (the accumulated emotional-mental charge of the poles);
— C — the speed of awareness;
— t — the time during which the speed of awareness increases from 0 to C.
How it works:
With a large mass of identifications (deep traumas, beliefs), even a powerful effort of the Observer yields little acceleration. With a small mass (the state of an «empty cup»), a mere touch of one’s attention is enough for an instant switch.
The speed at which a person emerges from automatisms depends on two factors: the force of the Observer (the trainable ability to maintain non-judgmental attention) and the mass of identifications (the accumulated emotional-mental burden). The more a person practices abiding in the golden mean, the faster they stop «getting stuck» in extremes.

2.4. Third law: the law of action and reaction (the law of inseparability of poles)
Formula:
F₁ = –F₂
where:
— F₁ — force at one pole of duality;
— F₂ — force at the opposite pole.
How it works:
When we want something, as a rule, we simultaneously fear losing it. Love and hatred are polar and inseparable. An attempt to suppress the «bad» pole automatically strengthens it. Duality is resolved at the level of the Observer, who is beyond the mechanism of «action–reaction.»
The third law of the mechanics of consciousness explains why fighting with oneself or with others does not work. If a person tries to suppress fear, he automatically strengthens it. If he denies anger, he loses energy for calmness. The poles do not exist without each other.
2.5. Fourth law: the law of conservation of the energy of consciousness
Formula:
E_consciousness = E_1pole + E_2pole = const
where:
— E_consciousness — the energy of consciousness (a constant quantity);
— E_1pole — the energy of the first pole of duality;
— E_2pole — the energy of the second pole of duality.
How it works:
The energy of an individual is constant, but it can be concentrated in one of the poles of duality. In a state of identification with one pole, all the energy of consciousness is localized in it, which sharply limits the ability to make conscious decisions.
As the position of the Observer arises and strengthens, the system stabilizes: energy is released for conscious decisions and actions. The energy that went into maintaining old roles and struggle is released. A person does not become «more energetically wealthy» — he stops spending energy on internal conflicts.
2.6. The «Ekvilibro Game» method: six steps to balance
If the Laws of the mechanics of consciousness of Ekvilibro are a unified language of description, then the self-regulation method «Ekvilibro Game» is a universal practical tool that allows this language to be applied in any situation. The algorithm consists of six steps. The context for the «Ekvilibro Game» can be anything.

As a result, the vital energy that was spent on maintaining internal conflicts is redistributed. A person stops reacting by inertia — and the cycle of repetitive reactions ceases.
Now that we have become acquainted with the unified language (the Laws of the mechanics of consciousness) and the universal tool (the «Ekvilibro Game» method), we can apply the acquired knowledge to phenomena usually classified as belonging to the realm of the unknown. In Part II we will travel through the mystical landscape: from karma to dreams, from rebirth to energy exchange, from extrasensory abilities to money — and we will see how the same mechanics works everywhere.
Part II. THE MECHANICS OF THE MYSTICAL
Chapter 3. KARMA: THE MECHANICS OF CAUSE AND EFFECT
3.1. What karma is from the point of view of Ekvilibro
In the traditional understanding, karma is the law of cause and effect. Every action generates a result that sooner or later returns to the person.
The methodology of Ekvilibro adds an important nuance to this understanding: cause and effect are mediated by consciousness. Between action and result stands attention — where it is directed and how.
The Zeroth law of the mechanics of consciousness describes this physically:
R = A × C²
where R — the energy of the result (what we call «karmic consequence»), A — the energy of attention, C — the speed of awareness.
If a person acts unconsciously, on autopilot — the speed of awareness (C) is minimal. The result (R) turns out to be weak, distorted, or delayed. The person seems to «accumulate karma» without understanding how or why.
If, however, a person acts consciously, with an active Observer — the speed of awareness grows, and the result is multiplied many times over. The same act, performed with a different level of involvement in the process, yields a different karmic effect.
Karma is not punishment or reward, but the energy of the result, which depends on how consciously we make choices and act.
3.2. The laws of the mechanics of consciousness of Ekvilibro as karmic laws
First law (inertia of perception): a person falls into karmic cycles because of the inertia of perception. He reacts automatically to triggers: takes offense, gets angry, fears, not noticing that he chooses the same ways of reacting again and again. Karma «accumulates» not because someone records it, but because attention gets stuck in the same pattern.
Second law (acceleration of awareness): the «mass of identifications» is accumulated emotional-mental charge. The more traumas, resentments, beliefs, and fears, the harder it is to free oneself. This is the karmic burden. Karma «becomes heavier» not from the number of actions, but from identification with them.
Third law (inseparability of poles): fighting karma does not work. If a person tries to suppress «bad» karma — avoids consequences, denies responsibility — he automatically strengthens the opposite pole. Karma is not corrected by struggle. It is neutralized only at the level of the Observer.
Fourth law (conservation of energy): a person’s energy is constant. If it goes into internal conflicts — into worries, fears, attempts to avoid consequences — none of it remains for creation. Liberation comes through the redistribution of energy. When the Observer appears, energy is released for conscious decisions.
3.3. Karmic connections: when the other becomes a mirror
In esotericism, karmic connections are relationships that repeat from life to life or simply do not let a person go for years. The methodology of Ekvilibro translates this from the language of mysticism into the language of the mechanics of consciousness.
A karmic connection is a stable duality where two people are captured by opposite poles of one system. Below are typical pairs of roles that can arise in such relationships:
A karmic connection arises because each of the participants is identified with a certain extreme, and together they create a closed system — they attract each other.

How the laws explain karmic connections:
— Zeroth law: the quality and strength of the connection depend on how much energy of attention is invested in the relationship and how consciously the contact occurs.
— First law: each time a similar person is encountered, consciousness automatically takes the habitual position. This is not fate, but the inertia of perception.
— Second law: the more emotional charge is invested in the relationship, the harder it is to leave it. This is «heavy karma.»
— Third law: the poles do not exist without each other. Attempts to «fix» the partner only strengthen the karmic connection.
— Fourth law: energy that goes into struggle does not go into development. The person gets stuck in the relationship.
3.4. How to neutralize a karmic connection
In the methodology of Ekvilibro, we do not tear or break anything (action generates reaction). The task is not to break off the relationship, but to neutralize the automatism within oneself through awareness.
Algorithm of neutralization through the «Ekvilibro Game»:
— Observation. Honestly name your role: «I am a rescuer,» «I am a victim.» Without criticism or judgment.
— Search for Opposites. See the opposite pole and acknowledge that the other person has the right to be as they are.
— Tuning. Slow down, direct attention into the body: strengthen the Observer, integrate the extremes.
— Ekvilibro. Hold both poles in the focus of attention simultaneously: «I play the role of the rescuer. My partner plays the role of the one in need. Both roles are part of one system.»
— Integration. Perform any physical exercise, integrate the new state in the body.
— Letting Go. Stop feeding your role with the energy of attention and struggle.
Result: the connection is neutralized. It ceases to be an invisible chain. If the relationship was toxic, it either transforms or naturally ends — without strain and without a «karmic tail».
3.5. Material for awareness
Karma is not a mystical verdict and not a «boomerang» from the past. It is the mechanics of consciousness, working according to laws that can be observed, diagnosed, and corrected.
The laws of the mechanics of consciousness of Ekvilibro provide a precise language for describing karmic processes:
— The first law explains why we fall into karmic cycles (inertia of perception).
— The second law shows what accelerates the exit (the force of the Observer) and what slows it down (the mass of identifications).
— The third law reveals why fighting karma does not work (inseparability of poles).
— The fourth law demonstrates how energy is redistributed when the Observer appears.
Karmic connections are not mystical bonds, but stable dualities in which we automatically take the habitual role. They are neutralized not by breaking, but by becoming aware of one’s position and switching into the Observer.
The «Ekvilibro Game» method provides a practical tool for exiting karmic loops. Six steps — from Observation to Letting Go — allow one to stop the automatism, exit duality, and gain freedom.
Karma does not disappear, but it ceases to be a prison. It becomes material for awareness — and then each cycle of «cause — effect» turns from inevitability into possibility.

3.6. Brief summary of the chapter
— Karma is not mystical retribution and not a «boomerang» from the past. It is the result of actions, which depends on how consciously we act.
— Karmic cycles are the inertia of perception: we automatically fall into the same roles and situations because our attention gets stuck in habitual patterns.
— Karmic connections are not mystical bonds, but stable dualities where two people are captured by opposite poles of one system.
— The exit from karmic loops is not through struggle and rupture, but through awareness of one’s position and moving into the Observer.
— The «Ekvilibro Game» method offers a practical tool for this: six steps allow one to stop the automatism, see both poles, and gain freedom.
We have seen how karmic cycles are not mystical retribution, but the inertia of perception, reinforced by wandering attention. Karma is not a verdict, but material for awareness. But if karma is the «heavy burden» of the past, where can one find the strength to free oneself from it? The answer is paradoxical: one does not need to wait for the next life to solve this task. Rebirth is an act available here and now, in everyday life, when we stop identifying with our roles and begin to notice them. Now we will take the next step and see how the same mechanics of consciousness allows us not only to understand our patterns, but also to exit them — to be reborn in everyday life.
Chapter 4. REBIRTH: TRANSFORMATION IN EVERYDAY LIFE
In this chapter we will examine a phenomenon usually classified as belonging to the realm of esotericism and tradition — rebirth. In the classical understanding, it is a change of form or fate after physical death. The methodology of Ekvilibro offers a fresh view: rebirth is not a posthumous act, but disidentification from numerous roles here and now. It is available at any moment when we begin to notice our automatisms. We will learn how the Laws of the mechanics of consciousness explain the mechanism of rebirth, why it is available to everyone, and how the «Ekvilibro Game» method allows one to experience it in everyday life.

4.1. What rebirth is in the eyes of Ekvilibro
In the ordinary understanding, rebirth is associated with a change of form or fate. In the methodology of Ekvilibro, rebirth is defined differently:
Rebirth is the act of disidentifying from a pole of duality that one has become accustomed to considering «oneself,» and switching into the position of the Observer, located at the center, from which both poles and the entire space of options between them are visible.
When a person says «I am a victim,» «I am a loser,» «I am a rescuer,» he identifies with one of the extremes of duality. The act of rebirth occurs at the moment when a person stops identifying and begins to observe this role, rather than performing it automatically.
For this, a symbolic death of the old identity is sufficient — and this happens every time a person notices and neutralizes their automatic reactions.
4.2. The laws of the mechanics of consciousness of Ekvilibro as the laws of rebirth
Zeroth law: the higher the speed of awareness at the moment when a person encounters their old identity, the more powerful the result of awareness. The same experience, lived unconsciously or consciously, yields a different effect.
First law: a person can live for years in one role because consciousness moves by inertia. Rebirth begins with the stopping of this inertia through the act of Observation.
Second law: the speed of rebirth depends on the force of the Observer and the mass of identifications. If the mass is small, rebirth can happen instantly.
Third law: the attempt to «become new» by suppressing the old is a trap. Rebirth occurs not through struggle, but through accepting the undesirable and letting go of the desirable.
Fourth law: all the energy that went into maintaining the old role is released at the moment of rebirth. A person does not become «energetically richer» — he stops spending energy on internal war.
4.3. The algorithm of rebirth

An example from life
Situation: A person feels «limited» — age, health, starting conditions do not allow him to realize what he has planned.
— Observation: «I am limited.»
— Switching: «I am limitless.»
— Tuning: pause, breathing, sensing the body.
— Ekvilibro (golden mean): both poles are held: «Yes, I have limits. And yes, I have potential. I see the whole spectrum and choose action.»
— Integration: stand up, stretch, take a few steps.
— Letting Go: allow thoughts to be, without clinging to them.
Energy stops going into denying limitations. Identification with «limitedness» ceases — a micro-rebirth occurs.
4.4. Why rebirth is available to everyone
The Observer is an innate ability that is activated and strengthened by the simple act of attention. Rebirth seems something distant only because we do not look for it in ordinary life.
Sometimes it is frightening: if I am neither «bad» nor «good» — then what am I? But at the center, between the extremes, what appears is not emptiness — energy is released. Micro-rebirths are experienced as gain, not as loss.
4.5. In resonance with other approaches
The idea of rebirth as inner transformation is not novel. It resonates with a number of philosophical, psychological, and scientific concepts, which confirms its obviousness.
Psychology and psychotherapy
— Analytical psychology:
The process of rebirth as a change of the center of personality is consonant with Jungian individuation. Reincarnation in the psychological sense means the existence in a person of dimensions that go beyond the habitual «I».
— Transpersonal psychology:
Rebirth is understood as a deep transpersonal experience associated with expanded states of consciousness and going beyond ordinary identity.
— Psychosynthesis:
Working with subpersonalities — the transition from one role to the position of the Observer (or the «I») — directly corresponds to the Ekvilibro approach.
— Cognitive-behavioral therapy:
Rebirth is the awareness and change of automatic thoughts and beliefs («I am limited») to more flexible and realistic ones.
— Existential psychology:
Rebirth is connected with freedom of choice, responsibility, and the acquisition of new meaning.
Spiritual traditions
— Buddhism:
The Buddhist teaching of impermanence (anatman) questions the existence of an unchanging «I» and points the way to liberation from suffering through awareness (vipassana). Within the metaphorical model of Ekvilibro, suffering and bliss are considered as two poles of one duality, where both poles are inseparable and cannot exist without each other. Rebirth, according to Ekvilibro, consists not in achieving one of these poles, but in exiting into the position of the Observer, from which both are visible. The Buddhist Middle Way, avoiding the extremes of asceticism and hedonism, is consonant with the idea of the golden mean, which Ekvilibro proposes to find between any extremes of duality. At the same time, the golden mean is not averaging and not compromise, but a middle position from which full vision opens.
— Hinduism (Advaita Vedanta):
The concept of moksha (liberation) and the achievement of unity with Atman (the true «I») is consonant with exiting into the position of the Observer. Duality is recognized at the level of the mind, but the Observer is the appearance of Atman.
— Hermeticism:
The principle «as above, so below» — the harmonization of the inner world (microcosm) — reflects the idea of the balance of poles. The seven hermetic principles find embodiment in the mechanics of Ekvilibro.
— Taoism:
The dynamics of yin and yang and the principle of non-action (wu wei) — the refusal to fight with opposites — fully corresponds to the Third law of Ekvilibro (inseparability of poles). The Taoist «non-action» is spontaneous action from the center, without struggle.
— Sufism:
The teaching of the unity of being and the practice of constantly returning attention to the center are consonant with the idea of the golden mean as a constant practice.
Science and modern concepts
— Quantum physics:
The role of the observer in the process of measurement and the collapse of the wave function is a direct similarity to the position of the Observer in Ekvilibro. Observation changes reality both at the micro level and at the level of consciousness.
— Neuroplasticity:
The brain’s ability to rebuild neural connections under the influence of experience provides a scientific justification for the possibility of inner transformation and consolidation of a new state (Step 5 of the Ekvilibro Game).
— Reincarnation research:
Empirical data on children who remember past lives, although still controversial, point to the possible depth of the mechanisms of memory and identity.
What does Ekvilibro bring that is new?
Ancient teachings gave priceless descriptions of the state of wholeness. They indicated the direction and provided us with landmarks. Modern ideas — psychology, neuroscience, cognitive science — give a rich language for describing mental processes, but often remain within the framework of a single discipline, offering fragmented models.
Ekvilibro, inspired by both ancient teachings and modern research, offers a unified language and a universal tool that can serve as a connecting link between different approaches. The laws of the mechanics of consciousness and the «Ekvilibro Game» method are not a replacement and not an improvement, but an opportunity provided to modern man.
4.6. Awareness as an act of rebirth
Rebirth is not a myth and not a metaphor. It is a concrete mechanics of consciousness, described by the Laws of the mechanics of consciousness of Ekvilibro. It occurs through disidentification from the poles of duality and transition into the neutral position of the Observer (zero on the Cartesian coordinate system), from which both poles and the entire space of options between them are visible.
Five laws explain why a person gets stuck in old roles (inertia), what accelerates liberation (the force of the Observer), why struggle does not work (inseparability of poles), and how energy is redistributed (the law of conservation). The practical algorithm of the «Ekvilibro Game» gives step-by-step instructions that can be applied in any context — from «limitation» to «boundlessness,» from «victim» to «winner.»
Every act of awareness is a small rebirth. Having learned to notice and practice them, a person acquires the ability to change their life not only through external events, but also through inner transformation. Thus duality ceases to be a problem and becomes a source of depth, stability, and clarity.

4.7. Brief summary of the chapter
— Rebirth is not a posthumous act, but disidentification from habitual roles here and now. It occurs at the moment when a person stops identifying with a pole of duality («I am a victim,» «I am a loser») and moves into the position of the Observer, from which both poles are visible.
— The laws of the mechanics of consciousness of Ekvilibro explain the mechanism of rebirth: inertia keeps us in old roles, the force of the Observer accelerates liberation, and fighting the «negative» only strengthens it.
Every act of awareness is a small rebirth, available to everyone in everyday life. Having learned to notice and practice them, a person acquires the ability to influence the quality of their life. But what if consciousness not only changes the inner state, but also influences reality itself? What if the very act of observation is not just a psychological technique, but a fundamental principle of the structure of being? It is this question that quantum mysticism raises. Let us look together at what stands behind its images and how Ekvilibro translates them from the language of metaphors into the language of verifiable mechanics.
Chapter 5. QUANTUM MYSTICISM: METAPHOR AND REALITY
In this chapter we will turn to one of the most influential and at the same time controversial trends of modern thought — quantum mysticism. Its supporters assert that consciousness creates reality, the observer determines the result, and everything is interconnected. These ideas inspire, but often remain at the level of beautiful metaphors that have no practical application. The methodology of Ekvilibro offers a comprehensive approach: it does not reject these ideas or criticize them, but develops them, translating from the language of metaphors into the language of verifiable mechanics. We will see how the Laws of the mechanics of consciousness give concrete content to quantum-mystical images and turn them into working tools.
5.1. Key ideas as metaphors
Within quantum mysticism, several central assertions are distinguished:
— Reality is created by consciousness.
— The observer determines the result.
— Everything is interconnected.
— Consciousness is primary.
It is important to understand these assertions as metaphors, and not as strict physical laws. In the scientific community, quantum mysticism is regarded as a transfer of concepts from physics into metaphysics without sufficient grounds. However, in this book we do not evaluate the validity or falsity of the proposed ideas. We investigate quantum mysticism as a metaphorical language striving to describe something important in the work of consciousness.

5.2. The ontology of polarity and the epistemology of the Observer
Ontology of polarity.
The world as we perceive it is polar. Quantum mysticism, speaking of the «unity of all,» emphasizes one of the poles of this polarity. Ekvilibro complements this view: unity and multiplicity are two mutually complementary poles of one system, and both are necessary.
Epistemology of sleep and awakening.
In the ordinary state, a person does not cognize the world, but sleeps. His perception is automatic. Quantum mysticism says that «reality is an illusion.» From the point of view of Ekvilibro, awakening occurs not through denying the world, but through the act of Observation.
The Observer.
In quantum mysticism, the «observer» is often understood as a physical factor. In Ekvilibro, the Observer is a developed ability to be, to make decisions, and to act from a non-judgmental state.
5.3. The laws of the mechanics of consciousness of Ekvilibro as the development of quantum images
«Consciousness creates reality» → Zeroth law of the mechanics of consciousness
The quality of perception depends on consciousness — in both the psychological and physical senses. What attention is directed toward and how consciously this happens determines the resulting life experience.
«The observer determines the result» → First, second, and third laws of the mechanics of consciousness
— First law: without the Observer, consciousness moves by inertia.
— Second law: the force of the Observer determines the speed of exit from automatisms.
— Third law: the Observer is a position from which both poles of duality are visible. This is not an absolute and not a «correct» position, but another extreme in relation to automatism. The task is not to get stuck in the Observer, but to be able to return to action while preserving the fullness of vision. The point of balance is not in choosing one of the extremes, but in the ability to see both and choose an action adequate to the moment.
«Everything is interconnected» → Fourth law of the mechanics of consciousness
The internal poles of duality are inseparably connected: by suppressing fear, we inevitably weaken courage. Ekvilibro gives the metaphor «everything is interconnected» a concrete energetic dimension.
5.4. From metaphor to mechanics
Quantum mysticism gives inspiring images. Ekvilibro offers the following development of these ideas — concrete steps for working with consciousness that allow one to test these insights through one’s own experience:
Здесь есть иллюстрация

A unified language and a universal tool make Ekvilibro a meta-technology: the ability to see the structure of any problem and find a solution from a position of balance.
5.5. In resonance with other approaches
The idea of the connection between consciousness and reality is not unique to quantum mysticism. It is found in various philosophical and spiritual traditions, with which Ekvilibro resonates at the level of ontology and practice.
Hermeticism (the principle of mentalism: «All is Mind») — describes the Universe as a mental phenomenon, which resonates with the idea of the primacy of consciousness. Ekvilibro shares this view but translates it into the mechanics of attention, making the principle of mentalism measurable.
Advaita Vedanta — the distinction between the true «I» (Atman) and illusory reality (Maya) is consonant with the distinction between the Observer and identifications. In Ekvilibro, «illusion» is automatic projections, and «reality» is vision from the center. Ekvilibro offers a step-by-step method for the transition from Maya to Atman in everyday life.
Buddhism — the teaching of impermanence and the practice of awareness offer concrete methods of working with identifications, analogous to the steps of the Ekvilibro Game. The Middle Way of Buddhism corresponds to the golden mean of Ekvilibro. Ekvilibro develops Buddhist awareness, adding a structured algorithm and a unified language for working with any dualities.
Taoism — the principle of yin-yang and «non-action» (wu wei) reflects the idea of the balance of poles and exiting the struggle with opposites. Ekvilibro concretizes this through the law of the inseparability of poles and the practice of holding both poles simultaneously.
Western philosophy — Kant’s «transcendental unity of apperception» and Husserl’s «pure I» describe the same position of the Observer, which Ekvilibro makes measurable and verifiable in every act of attention.
It is important to emphasize: Ekvilibro does not reject or criticize any teachings. On the contrary, it develops them, extracting their essence and clothing it in a form accessible to modern man. Many of these ideas were formulated thousands of years ago but remained either too abstract [or too esoteric]. Ekvilibro gives them new life, turning them into knowledge that can be used here and now, regardless of cultural or religious context. This is not a replacement for traditions, but a bridge from the wisdom of the past to the practice of the present.
5.6. Quantum-mystical insights
Quantum mysticism addresses fundamental questions about the role of consciousness in the structure of reality. Its language is the language of metaphors borrowed from physics. The Ekvilibro system, with its Laws of the mechanics of consciousness and the «Ekvilibro Game» method, offers an additional model that can serve as a bridge between these insights and everyday practice, without canceling their depth and without claiming the status of the only correct one.
— The Zeroth law (the law of equivalence of attention and result) describes how attention forms the quality of experience.
— The First law (inertia of perception) explains the automatic nature of habitual reactions.
— The Second law (acceleration of awareness) shows what strengthens the exit from automatisms.
— The Third law (inseparability of poles) describes why fighting with internal states is ineffective.
— The Fourth law (conservation of energy) demonstrates the redistribution of energy when the Observer appears.
The six-step algorithm of the «Ekvilibro Game» tool provides the opportunity to test these laws through one’s own experience in any life situation — from personal anxiety to global conflict. Together they form a meta-technology that turns an inspiring metaphor into everyday practice.
Quantum mysticism seeks answers to questions about consciousness by turning to the external — to the structure of the Universe. Ekvilibro proposes to seek answers in the mechanics of one’s own attention: in the ability to observe, in the skill of seeking balance between opposites. These two approaches do not contradict each other: Ekvilibro does not deny the value of quantum-mystical insights, but takes them as a body of knowledge and builds on their basis a bridge to practical freedom. The metaphor remains inspiration, and mechanics becomes a tool.

5.7. Brief summary of the chapter
— Quantum mysticism is a metaphorical language that attempts to describe the role of consciousness in the structure of reality. Its key ideas — «consciousness creates reality,» «the observer determines the result,» «everything is interconnected» — are important and inspiring, but remain at the level of images.
— Ekvilibro does not reject these insights, but develops them, translating them into the language of verifiable mechanics. The Zeroth law describes how attention forms the quality of experience. The first, second, third, and fourth laws show how the dynamics of awareness are structured.
— The six-step algorithm of the «Ekvilibro Game» turns an inspiring metaphor into everyday practice, accessible to everyone.
Quantum mysticism seeks answers to questions about consciousness by turning to the external — to the structure of the Universe. Ekvilibro proposes to seek answers in the internal — in the mechanics of one’s own attention, in the ability to observe, in the skill of seeking balance between opposites. But if the observer really does influence reality, does this not mean that in each of us are hidden abilities that go beyond ordinary perception? Clairvoyance, telepathy, foresight — what if these are not mystical gifts, but natural possibilities that we simply have not yet learned to notice and develop? Extrasensory abilities are not super-gifts, but exclusive talents available to everyone who has learned to manage their attention. This is what we will talk about in the next chapter.
Chapter 6. EXTRASENSORY ABILITIES: HIDDEN RESOURCES OF THE UNCONSCIOUS
In this chapter we will turn to one of the most intriguing and at the same time controversial topics — extrasensory abilities. Telepathy, clairvoyance, foresight, psychokinesis — these phenomena have excited the human imagination for millennia. In the scientific community they are considered pseudoscience, lacking reliable empirical confirmation. However, in this book we will not evaluate their reality or illusoriness. Instead, we will consider extrasensory abilities as a language of images that attempts to describe something important in the work of consciousness — the hidden possibilities of attention, intuition, and awareness. We will see that behind these images stands a mechanics accessible to everyone, and that «super-abilities» are not a gift of the chosen few, but exclusive talents revealed through the study of one’s own unconscious.
