FUNDAMENTALS OF SPIRITUAL CONSTRUCTOLOGY. METHODS FOR ACHIEVING BALANCE IN LIFE

Introduction

In the first English edition of this book, the author tried to convey the basic terminology of Spiritual Constructology as accurately as possible. If you have any difficulties understanding the meaning of the definitions used, please write to the email or messengers listed on the website at the end of the book.

This book will introduce the reader to new knowledge about human nature, its origin and purpose of existence. These pages provide the clearest and most detailed understanding of the workings of the spirit in this material world. I have tried to give the most clear instructions for achieving balance in life. Getting rid of the confusion of consciousness, the most complete and complete interaction with society, achieving health, and eliminating diseases of the body. I guarantee that a clear implementation of the method will bring a great, positive result, as I myself have passed it and achieved very significant achievements in the field of spiritual health. In the course of my experience, I discovered the basic and only characteristic of existence: the threefold system of foundations of Spiritual Constructology. It includes the Individualas a manifestation of the self or Self, the Inner Circle or family and close friends, and the Outer Circle, colleagues at work-space in the broadest sense of the word. As will be discussed below, it turned out that all the psychophysiological problems of a person are somehow included in one or more of these characteristics of existence. I also identified the source of suffering as a Component Perception Disorders. A person lives his life and constantly accumulates mistakes in his mind. On the basis of mistakes, he builds his future life, interacting with society, so he does not use his real potential and gets suffering instead of happiness. This was a classic and not described until recently problem associated with achieving well-being. Now the path is open! And the phrase “Your happiness is in your hands” becomes more relevant than ever.

Chapter 1. Human personality

In this chapter, I will discuss questions related to the first characteristic of existence — the personality of the individual. I will cover the topic of personal space, which is limited exclusively to the human skull. What to do if your mental health condition leaves much to be desired? If confusion, suspiciousness, misunderstanding, or psychological problems overwhelm you with your head. The best way to correct such a situation would be the method of clarification used in Spiritual Constructology. This part of the practice is an integral aspect of the method and is aimed at equalizing life’s dramatic situations and rebuilding the neural connections of the brain.

Any process aimed at eliminating deviations and destructions of consciousness and behavior has a goal, which in Spiritual Constructology is called determining the Personal Trend Stream. In fact, Spiritual Constructology speaks of the only source and cause of happiness — tendencies. The trend stream includes a person’s aspirations for life. His hobbies and preferences, his love or hatred for something or someone, the field of employment, and finally the outcome of life, posthumous existence and a new life. The concept of Personal Tendency Flow is one of the key concepts in Spiritual Constructology. Understanding and practice are directly related to what is called the Manifestation of Mentar. There is always an absolutely declarable stream of trends behind the Manifestation. To become the steward or charioteer of one’s own life is the goal of clarification, as a procedure of the method of Interlocution in Spiritual Constructology.

The main criterion for correctly determining trends is the internal agreement of a person with external circumstances. This is not just passive consent, but achieving harmony of the logical and emotional aspects of life. The interlocutor (leading the Interlocution procedures) guides the researcher-practitioner through the path from not understanding their own “I” to the direct road of manifesting the Mentar in its true key.

Mentar in Spiritual Constructology is defined metaphysically. This is the true, in the full sense of the word, personality of a person or any other living being with consciousness. Mentar is constructed gradually. In the process of interlocking (dialogue, communication), negative distorted and parallel superimposed lines (induced states) are straightened out or eliminated, while connections are formed based on a true understanding of one’s own nature. After the Interlocution process is completed, the researcher is sent to the procedure of fixing a positive result by massage. If there are no contraindications, this procedure is mandatory, since the positive effect will not take long to wait. Also, during the procedure, aromatic therapy is carried out using incense in the base, which uses cyclamen. Cyclamen has a delicate, subtle aroma that is not intrusive and has a positive effect on the mind.

Only when confusion and misunderstanding are removed from your life does your negative mental states come to an end. If you are currently experiencing depression, can not find your way in life, suffer from headaches, experience fog in your head, and quickly get tired, then we can help you in any circumstances by ensuring a stable position in the field of mental health.

Human consciousness is a Mentar, a spiritual entity that has a high-quality characteristic, such as the will to know. I deliberately introduce this term into our dictionary of definitions in order to be able to reveal such a concept as the soul from a new angle. Nevertheless, it is worth immediately determining that a person’s personality is a set of interdependent psychophysiological characteristics related to the work of consciousness and body. Among ordinary people, the Mentar is in an unmanifested state and remains so for the rest of one’s life if one does not practice. I give direction, I point out the path that can lead to true manifestation. Spiritual energy aligns the neural connections of the brain, consciousness becomes clear and clear, as it is deprived of confusing elements. This is the practical work of helping your mind, which is stuck in the quagmire of everyday problems. Everything in a person’s life is a certain component of the application to the experience of life, otherwise part of any field of activity. Disorders of Component Perception, as the analysis showed, is the main condition for the lack of happiness. Consistent restoration of episodes of life experience and correct recognition of cause-and-effect relationships is the key to achieving a harmonious, aligned consciousness. So, step by step, you build a mental constructor, the completion of which will be the manifested Mentar. This state is probably described by many spiritual systems of our planet. In Buddhism, it is nirvana, and in Christianity, it is a heavenly paradise. These similar concepts, however, are not fully synonymous with the manifested Mentar. For a more complete description, see the fourth chapter of this book, which explains the whole meaning of the metaphysics of our world and gives a clear definition of the supernatural possibilities of our mind.

An important condition for the harmonization of the first characteristic is the acquisition of a Personal Trend Stream (PTS). It is both gaining and entering the flow of personal preferences, authentic character traits, and desires. Many people believe that what they want is what they want. They are not really in the flow, because the level of CPD (Component Perception Disorders) is quite high. First, you need to eliminate the reasons that prevent the determination of the original PTS. This is exactly what Spiritual Constructology does. This is our area of activity. No Modulator of Ancient-Archaic Behavior (MAAB) or, in other words, the religious traditions of antiquity can do this better than we can. It is not possible to be associated with MAAB and move along the path of determining PTS, since any system puts limitations on understanding and developing your own personality.

Practice sets you up to organize the neural connections of the brain. I propose a constructor, the details of which are your psychophysical capabilities, and the instructions for building a manifested Mentar are Spiritual Constructology, as a set of methods for achieving balance and health in life. It is very important to understand that entering the practice is done with an “empty vessel”. You start training ready to receive new information. Doubts, internal disputes and disagreements should be discarded at the very beginning, as these are hindrances and obstacles to spiritual development. The average person is constantly arguing because of his imperfection and the presence of a huge number of CPD, but the practitioner should already be free to accept new knowledge. The vessel must be empty! Remember this rule when you log in.

In this connection, I would like to outline the Golden Principle of Spiritual Constructology. Reasonable simplicity of life-is the defining principle of the development of the Personal Trends Stream. The principle includes a reasonable approach to the arrangement of life. The main criteria of Spiritual Constructology are the presence of comfort and the absence of need. The harmonious balance of the emotional and logical foundations of the human mind is directly related to the Golden Principle.

It should be noted that in this paper I will not discuss in detail the technology of practice, which is called the Interlocution (Dialogue Method), but I will give general input on the path that anyone who wants to achieve a stable state must follow. Organizing brain structures is not an easy task, requiring a review of basic life attitudes that relate to personal preferences, thinking, communication, friendship, and even nutrition. For example, some problems are related to human physiology. Lack of sleep, overwork, lack of balance in nutrition are the direct causes of mental health disorders.

As mentioned above, the Stream of Personal Tendencies is an important component of finding happiness in life. Indeed, when a person is aware of their capabilities and can fully exercise them, this fact in itself leads to happiness. In this case, it is not ephemeral, but it has a practical component. The acquisition of PTS is the initial goal of harmonization. Many people follow a parallel path and do not achieve what they want. Many, on the contrary, go against the current and also suffer. Why is this happening? Why do people show desire and will to go the wrong way? This is due to entanglement, otherwise Disorders of Component Perception. A person receives information every day, analyzes it, and builds his life on this basis. But the analysis itself passes through the filter of a confused mind, subject to an irrational understanding of current processes, if there is desire, then it turns into thirst, if there is misunderstanding and confusion, then they become anger and irritation. In Spiritual Constructology, I use the terms “destruction” and “deviation” to refer to negative states of mind. In a certain sense, they directly destroy a person’s life, poisoning the consciousness with the poisons of ignorance. The destructive state in this context is the determinant of a mind filled with malice, since such a mind shows the will to destroy. The deviant state will be the mind that arrives in a confused, false situation. Thus, we have a complex situation on which everyday problems are superimposed and ultimately lead a person to apathy and dissatisfaction with life.

I suggest that you take advantage of the instructions for correcting difficult situations, without waiting or postponing the practice until “better” times. A person’s precious life is finite. You don’t have much time to make real progress in your spiritual development. Our method is set up to facilitate and even out entangled states, which in the process of constructing a Mentar generates a high-quality energy force that contributes, among other things, to the recovery of the body. This energy has a well-defined level of attunement to the Center from which it originates. The human body is the carrier of a qualitative characteristic in the field of spiritual knowledge and is also connected with the Center. This characteristic is consciousness, that is, the ability to know oneself and the surrounding space. When a person engages in the practice of Spiritual Constructology, the process of calibrating the physical body for subsequent spiritual advancement begins. At the same time, many diseases that were previously present can be eliminated, and complex psychological states can be relieved. A person experiences joy and uplift. It is at this stage that the practice itself begins. This process should be supported by an adequate intake of lecithin, since at this point there is an accelerated process of formation of new synapses (neural connections in the brain) and a tablet form of the gotu kola plant, which has a calming, antioxidant effect, but can also boost mental performance and improve memory. Such support in the form of nutrition modulators is necessary at the entire stage of practice, since the human body’s own resources are limited. Abstaining from alcohol and smoking is also a prerequisite for starting the practice. Alcohol and nicotine have a devastating effect on the mind and are certainly not helpful on the path of spiritual self-improvement.

Some may say that it is not easy to stop using mind-destroying substances. But calibration (general recovery of the body) begins with a message to yourself, the will to manifest the Mentar. A person makes a transition from the path of untruth to the path of knowledge. This transition is not always easy. Going the beaten path is always easier, that’s how life works. Our experience teaches us that the familiar is beneficial to us, as it requires small energy costs. It’s a trick of this universe. Unfortunately, man is enslaved by the nature of this world. Like a squirrel in a wheel, he turns from life to life consuming and inclining his mind to familiar objects. His desires are sensuous and he has no awareness. This is all a mistake of life experience. Spiritual Constructology corrects mistakes and directs the mind to the reality of authentic existence. I’m talking about immortality and the absence of the destructive nature of this world. This is true liberation, and there are already technological points on the map of life where you will reach the end of the path.

Throughout human history, the great minds of the past have been searching for answers to the eternal questions of existence, when two and a half thousand years ago, a Sakya prince did not show the way to Nirvana (or Nibbana). His name, as we know, was Buddha Gotama and he is the founder of the first world religion — Buddhism. Nirvana is defined as the extinction of conditioned phenomena. In this way, the practitioner of this teaching attains liberation. He renounces desires, removes the defilements of the mind, and meditates. This process can last for a lifetime. It may be a million years before you make any progress on this path, and then only if you are lucky enough to be born human. It is not difficult to understand that Nibbana is practically impossible to attain. But let’s imagine that we know such a lucky person who is on the verge of death of the physical body and is quite confident that he will achieve liberation in the Buddhist sense of the word. The time is right and one attains enlightenment. We remember that Nibbana is the extinction of conditioned phenomena, or life processes. Even if we take a metaphysical magnifying glass in our hands and try to look at at least something that can be called spiritual achievements, unfortunately we will not see anything! All the work that our lucky man has been doing for a good million years has been annihilated by Nibbana. If we look at this question from a slightly different angle, it will soon become clear that the path of cultivation in Buddhism is no different from death in its direct meaning, such as that of materialism.

Other MAAB’s (Modulator of Ancient-Archaic Behavior) in human history, in principle, did not go beyond the physical universe. In any case, this is a manifestation of anthropocentrism and the designation of a certain point of bliss after death, provided that the precepts of faith are observed.

In Spiritual Constructology, I take a completely different approach to personal spiritual progress. Reaching the state of manifest Mentar seems to be significantly different from anything that the dear reader might have learned in his entire life. In a sense, I opened the veil of many years of mystery and was able to formulate the main points of the teaching in this small book, so that everyone who approaches the study of this material with an open heart will benefit and direct their spiritual development in the direction of truth. In these pages, I do not intend to fight against windmills, and if, dear reader, you stand in their shadow, know that at this time you are hiding from the light. It is enough to take a step aside to identify new landmarks in your life. When you step out into the light, you will have the freedom to move forward on a new path. We will go through this journey carefully, but at a pace sufficient to complete our trek to the final goal in one lifetime. And it will not be the backyards of the universe, paradisiacal worlds, gardens with cool rivers, and it will not be non-existence, but a Space that only the chosen have the right to enter. These chosen ones are made by their own willpower, the only force that directs man to knowledge and distinguishes him from the animal. We will reach the end TOGETHER!

But first, I’d like to talk about empathy. Are you good at empathizing with others? How well do you understand other people? How often do you empathize with someone else’s grief? Do you try on their difficult burden? How long can you be alone and subject yourself to a process of reflection? Do you change when you think about the destructive events in other people’s lives? In short, are you becoming KINDER? Please keep your attention focused on these issues. Think about it. Remember well-known cases from your life that will help you answer them. I ask questions for a reason — this is the beginning of calibration. The process of purifying the gross impurities of the mind and healing the diseases of the body. In practice, we would move on exactly after the calibration was completed. As you can see, this is only the beginning of the path in Spiritual Constructology, but the gross defilements of the mind and diseases of the body have already been removed. For many other teachings — this is the end of the practice, but in reality it is not. You can’t reach a perfect state by carrying the burden of past problems along the way. It is necessary to drop the burden and burden at the very beginning. This doesn’t mean that the path will be easy, but it does mean that you will be stronger, smarter, healthier, and better prepared to reach your goal. So, the condition for progress is the presence of empathy. Many will say that it is almost impossible to change a person in such a subtle area of personality psychology. “Such a character!” they say, “what can you do with it?” But the mind is changeable. Over the course of a lifetime, a person can change their mind about certain things. This is known and there is no need to prove it. However, we can see how the character changes. Perhaps the person has become milder or more tolerant. This happens because it is human nature to strive to correct disorders of component perceptions. Sometimes this happens by itself, so to speak, in a natural way. We remember that each person is a Mentar, even if not yet manifested, but carrying his nature. And how to develop such an important quality of character as empathy? To do this, you need to use the only power available only to man — WILL! Directed, conscious effort develops abilities. It is necessary to understand that every practitioner needs support, both spiritual and physical. Find friends and like-minded people in practice-this is the information that I will discuss in more detail in the second chapter. A healthy diet rich in healthy fats (sesame and flaxseed oil, olives, meat and fish) and fatty acids (omega-3), in addition to lecithin and glucose, will serve as physical support. The practitioner avoids the consumption of alcohol, cigarettes and narcotic substances, which contributes to increased synaptogenesis, which is so important for spiritual development. Ask yourself if you are ready to change, find health and peace of mind in your life. The answer is not as simple as it seems, since it is the right application of effort that will determine success in moving towards the final goal of the practice. The correct application of effort is consistent adherence to the installation techniques of Spiritual Constructology. This is the only paradigm of modern human knowledge that accurately indicates the causes of unhappiness and dissatisfaction in life, as well as the Path leading to getting rid of suffering.

In addition to empathy, I highlight seven other good qualities of a true practitioner. Take a close look at the list and mark for yourself the ones that you have and those that still need to be developed.

1. Faith;

2. Diligence;

3. Wisdom

4. Mindfulness;

5. Vigilance;

6. Presence Of Mind;

7. Accuracy.

8. The presence of empathy.

Faith is the foundation of any important work. Without faith, you will not move. You will not have a seed from which the tree of truth will later grow. Faith is the education of the spirit.

Diligence is the application of effort in practical work. This is primarily hard work and lack of laziness. An important quality of someone who wants to have time to achieve a noble result in this life.

Wisdom is the basis of discernment. Sift out the secondary from the main thing. There are a lot of empty and unnecessary things in life. Wisdom can also be defined as a well-designed strategy.

Mindfulness is concentration. A feeling that allows you to avoid many unpleasant situations in life. Develops alertness and complements it. Mindfulness is a great tool for learning and learning in general.

Vigilance is a protective feeling. It allows you to arrive unperturbed in any unpleasant situation. You can calculate the benefits or losses from any business in advance and draw the appropriate conclusion.

Presence of Mind is a positive attitude. A special quality of human character that allows you to achieve more in any business. In the practice of applying to training in Spiritual Constructology, this feeling can be used as a tool to eliminate apathy, fears, difficulties, and other vague negative states that arise in the practitioner.

Neatness is a practical character trait. This quality must be developed in order to achieve wholeness and a stable position in spiritual practice. Neatness in deeds, actions, clothes, objects-harmonizes, puts thoughts in order.

These good qualities are expressed in the main symbol of Spiritual Constructology (Figure 1). Each of the qualities represents a star and is an important element of spiritual growth. This list did not appear by chance and is not a simple enumeration of the so-called good qualities. Each quality is a genuine value that, as it develops, has a positive effect on the practitioner.

Affirmation in the good is hard work, but in any difficult task, there will definitely be helpers on the way. Don’t be afraid to accept support. At all times, students came to the masters and asked them to teach them the wisdom of the world. Those who did not go remained at their level, open to suffering and pain. But those who went found the real treasure, finding happiness.

representing the eight good qualities of the practitioner.

Chapter 2. The Inner Circle

In this chapter, I will discuss the following characteristics of human existence: family and close friends. Often, it is our family and closest friends who have the greatest social impact on our behavior. An extremely important feature that can be very difficult to work with. The degree of conservatism and devaluation of your aspirations always has a negative impact on your own self-esteem, but it is precisely these problems that many people face when interacting with the closest people.

The situation is not always so critical if mutual understanding is at a high level. Support and respect are the criteria for a happy family. A huge number of problems and the destructive influence of the external environment are resolved by constructive conversation and support of loved ones.

However, what to do if one of the important components of life does not provide support or is even missing? The only option for the correct approach to solving the problem is to find like-minded people.

Family is like-mindedness. It’s what makes up understanding and support. Shift your search focus to the outside world as the third characteristic (which will be discussed in more detail in the third chapter), establish contacts, and select a group of like-minded people as the second characteristic. At the same time, your family will remain a group with a deferred problem. Here it is important to understand the role assignment technology, that is, you design a process that will be free of undefined elements and still have the support of a group of like-minded people. Role assignment is a direct technique of Spiritual Constructology that has a therapeutic property, during which violations of component perception are corrected. I would like to remind you that Component Perception Disorders (CPD) is the only source of all mental disorders and diseases of a person, as well as irrational behavior, aggression and confusing situations, and, most likely, has the character of a meta-life (transition from life to life) based on an incomplete process of clarification.

We all live in a world consisting of two fundamental foundations: natural and technological. We draw our life’s foundations from nature. From technology — comfort, progress and development. A reasonable correlation of these two characteristics in a person’s life is fundamental to the successful manifestation of Mentar. Spiritual Constructology pays special attention to the second anchor point — the inner circle. The environment in which a person lives has the most direct effect on his psychophysiological state. Most people live in cities, in apartment buildings, exposing themselves and their families to the negative effects of the world around them. My concept is that everyone should have the opportunity to live in their own home, but within a comfortable urban environment. If there are no opportunities to implement this plan, it will be extremely useful to arrange a natural corner in the apartment. In a natural corner, arrange an installation containing natural components: plants, earth, rocks, water. This way, you align the Basic Energy Circuit (BEC) in your home, increasing the content of natural components as opposed to artificially processed and technological objects that are present in excess in our homes. BEC is a concept that denotes a closed system of energy exchange (chains of interstellar dust mainly consisting of carbon) of Space with the physical world, otherwise we can say that this is a kind of circulatory system through which communication is carried out. In our universe, the so-called carbon stars play an important role. Carbon dust, due to its low gravity near the star’s surface, becomes part of interstellar dust due to stellar winds, directly receiving and absorbing visible light. BEC is always associated with natural components and is transmitted through carbon dust. We will discuss this issue in more detail in the fourth chapter. In Spiritual Constructology, an important element of constructing a Mentar is the harmonious correlation of natural and technological elements. Nature is the personification of the beginning of birth. Technology is a manifestation of a volitional, intelligent foundation. This directly correlates with the entry space, that is, with the ultimate aspiration of the practice.

I want to emphasize the importance of cleanliness and order in the house. When everything is in its place and when you know where and what is lying, then in this case the practice of correcting the CPD is carried out. This is an important point! Practice in everyday life is based, among other things, on the principle of organizing order in everyday life. The desire for order is directly related to the desire for practice. Have more order in your life, so that you can move away from things that lead to the strengthening and creation of disorders of component perception.

Order in everyday life is, first of all, order in consciousness, in the absence of uncertainty, in concentration. Every action carried out in the process of life requires a conscious approach or otherwise analysis. A prerequisite for this practice is to keep a record of everyday activities and emotional states. In addition to the obvious psychotherapeutic nature, this process aims to facilitate the management of the interlocution procedure, where together with the master you analyze the situations of everyday life without omissions and innuendos, which ultimately leads to more productive practice.

Chapter 3. The Outer Circle

Our ideas about life are based on experience and study. It is possible that a situation will be created in which the environment will negatively influence your conclusions about the world and human behavior. Many spiritual practices call for a change in their attitude to the external conditions of life, but is this approach correct? Is it good for your mental health? No, it is not, and this is confirmed by the very practice of life. The moment you adopt a passive attitude of acceptance of circumstances of a destructive nature, you lose the battle.

Our approach assumes that one of the characteristics of existence is the so-called “outer circle”. It determines your attitude and interaction with the world. This characteristic is in a position of active existence, that is, it occupies a dominant position in relation to the one who interacts with this characteristic. The dominant thus determines your level of comfort or discomfort and the extent to which it influences you. An example of the dominant external world is the weather, which is directly dependent on it and it is impossible to influence its change in any way, but with the use of technology, as one of the elements of the world, it is possible to equalize the situation. In our case, we use an umbrella if it is raining.
