The book presents the main philosophical provisions of this direction, describes the mechanisms and techniques of energy-information interaction between man and the subtle world.

INTRODUCTION

«Philosophy of the Cosmos» opens the «Laws of the Maker» series of books. This series is being created to realize the Creator’s plans — to organize life on Earth according to the ideals of Love, Goodness, Justice, Strength, Non-violence, Development, Beauty, Harmony, Creation, and Hierarchy.

This entails, first and foremost, systematizing esoteric and scientific knowledge about the world at a qualitatively new level, developing the most effective methods for spiritual, intellectual, and energetic development of the human being, and introducing rules for defining fundamental life goals that correspond to a person’s individuality and karmic tasks.

The presented material forms the theoretical basis for the work of the author’s scientific and educational center «THE SYSTEM of Academician M. Yu. MIANIE». Much of this information has never been published before and is the result of proprietary research conducted using complex esoteric techniques for obtaining information and scientific methods for processing it.

The structure of the cycle is determined by knowledge of the general energetic structure of the human body and is as follows. First, the systems connecting consciousness with the subtle world, God, and the Cosmos (the capsule, the spirit) are examined.

Then, the structure, function, and methods for developing consciousness, energy, and the human body are sequentially described. Next, issues of human development and interaction with the surrounding world are addressed. This knowledge will be useful to anyone striving to achieve maximum Power of Mind, Power of Will, and Power of Spirit.

Chapter 1 
THE PHILOSOPHY OF COSMOS

Teaching is a system of knowledge about human upbringing and development for teaching the art of life on Earth. Teaching is the stronger the more complete and reliable knowledge it is based on.

The system of knowledge is such a representation of information that allows to trace all the relationships between different concepts. In this case, esoteric knowledge is divided into three main sections: man, the surrounding world and the philosophy of the Cosmos.

Knowledge of man — mainly intended for his inner self-realization (development, cognition, service) and includes: the structure of man, influences on him and their results (levels of development).

Knowledge of the surrounding world — mainly intended for external self-realization of a person (work, personal life, environment) and includes: the structure of the surrounding world within the Earth, connections, influences on it and the results obtained (destiny, history, etc.).

Philosophy of the Cosmos — is mainly intended for the formation of thinking, understanding of the purpose of all existing and self-realization of man in the Cosmos. It includes knowledge about Energy, Metacosmos and Space, God, the most general laws of life and development of man and the surrounding world.

Section 1. Energy

1.1. Concept of Energy

Everything that exists is Energy. This means that the visible (material) and all invisible (subtle) worlds, consciousness and even God are different manifestations of the same Energy and possess its properties. Therefore, the key to secret knowledge lies in understanding the nature of Energy and its laws.

Energy — includes a huge variety of individual energies, each of which consists of primary elements, quanta and quantum basis. Different combinations of these elementary particles and determine all the main characteristics of energies (level, purpose, qualities and others).

Energy interactions are reactions arising at contact of any energies or energy structures (including field interactions between material objects). The result of this interaction is set by their initial characteristics.

Energy is the basis of life and development of all beings on Earth and in the Cosmos, as their consciousnesses and subtle bodies are created from energies and work on them. At the same time, beings are capable of gaining energy and its components from appropriate sources.

Sources of energies are energy spaces, other beings and one’s own chakras (centers of consciousness capable of creating the required energies from elementary particles). As a rule, for the life and development of beings, these sources are created by the forces of the subtle world.

1.2. Structure of energies

Energy — consists of primary elements, quanta and quantum basis, the average ratio of which is approximately 1:1:2. When creating energy systems, simple energies are most often used, comprising about 400,000 elements and comparable in volume to an electron.

Primary elements (earth, water, fire, air, ether) — determine the qualities of energy (lightness, heaviness, etc.), its color and type of reaction during interaction. They determine the vibration (pulsation) of energy, as they can increase or decrease their volume up to 100 times.

Quanta (spiritual, intellectual, volitional, building, destructive) — determine the purpose of energy, i.e. possibilities of its use in consciousness and type of reaction when interacting with similar energies. Quanta are not able to change their volume.

Quantum basis (many types) — is used for connection of primary elements and quanta into energy chains, the strength of internal connections of which is determined by the level of elements involved. In this case the strength of energy influence is directly proportional to the strength of internal connections.

The structure of energy is a sequence of connection of various primary elements, quanta and quantum basis in it, which sets the program of energy reaction during interaction. In the consciousnesses of beings the energy structure is used to encode information.

1.3. Interaction of energies

The main characteristic of Energy is its level, which determines the strength of its possible impact. The higher the level of energy, the stronger and faster it is, so the Higher Powers are able to control this world through the anticipatory impact of their energies.

Law 1. Only energies of the same level or close in level interact (there are 45 levels of energies in our Cosmos). Energies of different levels, by virtue of the properties of elementary particles that make them up, interact with each other very weakly.

Law 2. The energies that are close in their properties (reaction of strengthening) and possess antagonistic characteristics (reaction of destruction) enter into the strongest interaction. Therefore, the spiritual qualities of beings are largely determined by their constituent energies.

Reactions at interaction of energies — there are eight basic types and many additional ones (various combinations of basic types), which are introduced by the presence of changes in any characteristics of energies (damping of vibrations, transformation of structure, etc.).

The state of energy (vibration, pulsation) is determined by its structure (reaction program) and influences made on it. The opposite is also true, by the vibration of energy we can determine its program and the influences made on it.

Section 2. Metacosmos and space

2.1. Metacosmos

Metacosmos is the most complex and large-scale system containing material objects of all existing in Space. It consists of its energy systems and billions of cosmoses, for the life and development of which it is designed.

Cosmos is a huge volume of energies from the 1st to the 45th levels limited in any way, including material objects (part of the energies of the 17th level). At that, the initial cosmos (Chaos) consists of primordial (consciously not created) energies, which are transformed as it develops.

Cosmos — organized into a torus-like system that performs complex rotational motions around its two main axes. These motions are necessary to compensate for gravitational forces and to keep material objects within a given volume.

Energy systems of Metacosmos — special energy constructions designed for life support (drawing energy from Space, organization of spaces, others) and development of Metacosmos (creating conditions for development of spaces).

Our Metacosmos is one of an infinite number of Metacosmoses existing in Space. Its position in this Space is fixed and held by a system of links that connects it to other Metacosmoses.

2.2. Our Cosmos

Our Cosmos — has common features and individual features that distinguish it from other cosmoses. Common features are the division of space into external and internal, and individual features are the rules of organization of the internal space.

The outer Cosmos is formed by a chaotic combination of primordial energies, which enter into interaction due to their inner nature and are not subject to the influence of spiritual laws. These energies serve as the basis for the life and development of the inner cosmos.

The inner Cosmos is separated from the outer cosmos by a number of shells that allow only the energies necessary for its life and development to pass through. Our inner Cosmos — consists of the system of worlds and a complex of other energy systems connected with it.

The system of worlds of our Cosmos has existed for many billions of years and is constantly evolving. At the moment it includes 47 already formed worlds and several under construction.

Other energy systems of the inner Cosmos — develop in parallel with the creation of worlds and are designed to unite them into a complete system, to establish energy-information exchange between them and to fulfill a number of other functions.

2.3. The Universe

The Universe is the largest living system in the cosmos, i.e. it is protected from the external cosmos and lets in only the energies necessary for its development. At the same time, the development of the Universe is understood as the development of its energy systems and the beings inhabiting it.

Every universe is made up of shells, a magnet and billions of universes. Each universe — consists of shells, magnet and billions of galaxy systems. Each system of galaxies — consists of shells, magnet, 2—3 galaxies and billions of star systems.

Stellar system — consists of stars, planets and other celestial bodies. Celestial body — consists, as a rule, of a physical body, one or several shells, consciousness, energy and quantum spaces, elements and beings inhabiting it.

Physical body — visible and perceived by our physical organs of perception. Envelopes — complexes of energies that hold other energies within them, usually above the 17th level, which are perceived not by the physical organs but by the corresponding systems.

Our Universe is the 17th in the system of universes of our Cosmos. One of its main peculiarities is that here gods of a high level are trained, capable of independently being responsible for the creation of universes and new universes.

2.4. Space and time

Space — an ocean of primordial energies that serves as a basis for the creation and placement of Metacosmoses. The space of our Universe is set by the interaction of the Magnet and shells with the energies of space from the 1st to the 32nd level.

Pure time as such does not exist. The time of our Universe is set by the interaction of the Magnet and shells with the energies of time from the 1st to the 32nd level. Energies above the 32nd level — have the ability of self-organization, so their development does not require additional spatial and temporal influences.

The energies of space are stable energies, weakly interacting with each other and with other energies, evenly distributed in our Universe. They are used to transfer impulses from the Magnet’s blows, which is necessary to activate energies and accelerate their organization.

Time energies are energy chains that actively interact with everything that exists and, to the greatest extent, with consciousnesses. They are also used to transmit impulses from Magnet strikes and activate energies, but, in addition, they cause forced triggering of thought structures of consciousness.

Energy spaces — large volumes of energy bounded by shells or in some other way. Quantum spaces — energy spaces consisting mainly of quanta. Elements — energy spaces consisting mainly of primary elements.

2.5. The Truth of our Cosmos

The Truth of our Cosmos is a complex of ideas that are the basis for the creation of its system of worlds, their worlds and beings. For each cosmos there is its own truth, and according to the laws of Uniqueness and Universality they necessarily have common and different components.

Idea — a set of laws describing the behavior of something, rules for achieving any results, etc. Idea — can be represented in the form of energy, as a complex of thoughts with its own program of development, action and freedom of choice. Under certain conditions it is available for human perception.

Laws are descriptions of interdependencies between any manifestations of this world. They are physical, energetic and spiritual. Physical and energetic laws — describe interdependencies based on the internal properties of matter and energy.

Spiritual laws — describe interdependencies arising from the interaction of any consciousnesses (presence of someone’s will). Spiritual laws — are based on physical and energy laws, but, unlike the latter, any beings or specially created systems of the subtle world are responsible for their realization.

Each basic idea and each basic law has its own Temple, i.e. a place where the synthesis of energies and programs (thoughts) corresponding to them is carried out. These energies and programs are used to support the Laws (Truth) and the development of beings.

Section 3. God

3.1. Levels of God

God is an energy from level 25 and up. God rules this world through his energies. God’s energies are the strongest and fastest in this world. He rules — by forceful influence and advanced receipt of information. God the Creator, the Creator, the Creator, the Absolute.

Forecreator — energies from the 82rd level and higher. Creator — rules all Metacosmoses in Space through the Creators. Creator — includes the Creator itself, its worlds and beings. There are infinitely many worlds, energies and beings of the Creator.

Creator — energies from the 46th to the 81nd level. Each Creator rules its Metacosmos through the Creators. Creator — includes the Creator itself, its worlds and beings. The Creator’s worlds are its energies and energy systems inhabited by its beings (gods and others).

The Maker — energies of the 45th level. Each Creator rules its own multitude of cosmoses through the Absolutes. Creator — includes the Creator itself, its worlds and beings. Creator’s beings — gods of the level of cosmoses and other beings.

Absolute — energies from the 25th to the 44th level. Each Absolute rules its Cosmos through its hierarchy of Light.

Absolute — includes the Absolute itself, its worlds and beings. Beings of the Absolute — gods of the level of worlds, universes, galaxies and other beings.

3.2. God’s Designs

The Forecreator’s intentions are the development and structuring of space through the creation of Metacosmoses. For this purpose, he singles out the Creator and defines for him the universal and unique principles of creating a particular Metacosmos.

The Creator’s intentions are to create his Metacosmos on the basis of the Creator’s will and to bring order into the Prime Matter (energy levels 1 through 24). For this purpose, he creates Creators, forms Metacosmos with their help and determines the principles of creating its cosmoses.

The Maker — realizes the will of the Creator through his ideals and laws, on the basis of which he creates his system of cosmoses. To do this, he first models the development of possible worlds in his consciousness, which lasts for billions of years and is sometimes called «the Creator’s imagination game».

The Maker — then proceeds to the step-by-step creation of the Absolute and all the necessary beings of the upper levels. The ideals of the Creator of our Cosmos are Love, Goodness, Justice, Power, Non-violence, Development, Beauty, Harmony, Creation and Hierarchy. The laws of the Creator are the optimal methods of realization of his ideals.

Absolute — realizes the ideals and laws of the Creator through the creation of its system of worlds and its beings. Hierarchy of Light — created by the Absolute for direct work on the formation of worlds, and other beings — for a number of other purposes.

3.3. Human Destiny

Man is a special being created by the Absolute with the help of the gods. Man’s destiny is to become an assistant of the Creator in the realization of his plans. The Creator’s helper is the Creator of universes. Man can become the Creator’s helper only by developing all the abilities necessary for this through development, cognition and service.

Development — realization of all abilities inherent in a person. Abilities are divided into spiritual, intellectual, energetic and general. Possibilities of revealing abilities — are inherent in the human chakras and its systems. Development — should be carried out comprehensively and clearly by levels. According to the laws — nothing should go to the detriment of a person’s own development.

Cognition is an activity aimed at forming an understanding of the external and internal worlds, first of all, their laws. Cognition is necessary as a basis for development and service, it shapes human thinking and determines the effectiveness of any activity.

Service — any activity, which is also necessary for energy intake and checking the adequacy of development. Service is for God, society and oneself. Service for God — help to other people in their development and fight against Evil. Service for society — help in its development. Service for oneself — one’s own development.

Those who realize their destiny are under God’s protection, i.e. they receive his protection and help. God removes His protection from those who do not realize their destiny. People without protection — become vulnerable to Evil.

3.4. Hierarchy of Light

Hierarchy of Light — a hierarchy of beings consciously serving God and organizing themselves according to the ideals and laws of the Creator. This hierarchy is governed by the Creator and the Absolute. It consists of gods, deities and partly humans.

Gods — beings with consciousness energies of the 25th level and higher, possessing all abilities necessary for fulfillment of their functions. Indicators of gods’ abilities are their attributes, which are described in religion and esotericism (snakes above the head — levels of development, weapons, clothes — symbols of power, merits, etc.).

Deities — beings with positive energies of consciousness from the 19th to the 24th level. Deities of the Earth — are primarily responsible for ensuring the vital activity and development of the Earth, human beings and other beings. The main deity responsible for human development and fulfillment of the Creator’s laws on Earth is Karma.

Relationships in the hierarchy of Light are established according to the principles of Hierarchy, laws and ideals of the Creator. One of the basic principles of the Hierarchy: equal (democratic) relations between equals, unequal relations between unequals (the inferior is subordinate to the superior and learns from him).

A human being is able to enter the hierarchy of Light when he realizes his purpose (choosing and moving along the path of development, cognition and service), has a clearly positive orientation (conformity of thoughts, feelings and actions to the Ideals of the Creator) and reaches the 19th or higher level of development. In this case its energies are pure, light, clear.

3.5. The Hierarchy of Evil

Evil — everything that contradicts the ideals and laws of the Creator. Manifestations of Evil — are defined by their correspondence to its ideals: Fear, Violence, Aggressiveness, Malice, Hatred, Unfreedom, Destruction and others. Hierarchy of Evil — hierarchy of beings consciously or unconsciously serving Evil.

Asuras are beings with dark energies of consciousness from the 5th to the 23rd level. There are no dark (negative) beings above the 23rd level. All of them are divided into two main types — entities programmed for evil and beings who have gone astray. Relations between asuras are built according to the ideals and laws of Evil.

Expediency of Evil — is related to the realization of the purpose of man. The Ruler (Creator of universes) — must be able to rule so that no creature suffers unjustly. On Earth man has an opportunity to study and experience all manifestations of Evil.

Evil — inevitably arises during development and the presence of freedom of choice as a result of erroneous cognition. It is purposefully used by the hierarchy of Light to accelerate human development through punishment for mistakes (about 70% of cases), activation of development (about 20%) and other methods.

Man — enters the hierarchy of Evil consciously (service to Evil and development along the dark path) or automatically (when realizing its ideals and laws). The main representatives of Evil among people — black magicians, dark psychics, criminals, evil, destruction of Evil by its methods. By qualities of Evil’s energy — black, brown, rusty, muddy, viscous, sticky, etc.

Section 4. Knowledge about the world around us

4.1. Environment

The world around — for a human being it is nature, society and the subtle world within the Earth. All these three components are inseparably connected with each other. Their interaction with each other, the Cosmos and God determines the life of man and the surrounding world.

Knowledge of the surrounding world — is necessary for man to realize himself in it. Self-realization in nature — allows one to use its forces and understand its creatures. Self-realization in the subtle world — allows one to enter the hierarchy of Light, to choose one’s own destiny and much more.

A person’s perceived fate — largely determined by his or her self-realization in society (the results obtained in work, personal life and environment), as well as his or her subjective sense of happiness (the strongest positive states of consciousness).

Initial destiny (program-minimum) — predetermined for a person abilities, events, etc., set by Karma according to a person’s level, his karmic tasks and previous karmic activity. This destiny is set by transformations of consciousness, choice of parents, time and place of birth.

Realizable destiny — to a greater extent depends on the person himself and can be considered as a result of interaction of his consciousness with the surrounding world and his own soul. However, in the absence of development and conscious attitude to life — in most cases it does not go beyond the program of the original destiny.

4.2. Nature

All significant celestial bodies — specialized in performing certain functions and synthesizing their energies, forming together a single living system (universe). Earth is a cosmic being, strongly interconnected with many celestial bodies to sustain itself and create living conditions for other beings.

The subtle world — influences nature by creating and maintaining energy systems that provide energy to the Earth and its beings, by creating programs to control the global physical and energetic processes of the Earth, by creating conditions for the training and development of beings.

Man — affects nature consciously — by its physical transformations and automatically (uncontrollably) — by synthesis of energies. At the moment society has accumulated a huge amount of negative energies threatening the existence of the Earth, so to prevent a global catastrophe, its urgent positive transformations are necessary.

General hierarchy of beings — determines the orientation of their development as strengthening and complication through natural and purposeful learning. The rule of transition of beings to the next level — complete exhaustion of their program, fulfillment of all norms and order for transformation.

Level of beings — determined by the level of their dominant consciousness energies. General hierarchy of beings (at lower levels) — includes: minerals (beings with energies of consciousness from the 5th to the 7th level), plants (8th-12th level), animals (13th-16th level), forces (17th, 18th and partially 19th level) and others.

4.3. The Society

Society is a complex energy-information system consisting of knowledge (information), people, their relationships, social systems, economy and benefits. Law 1. Information — forms a person (thinking, etc.), he, by virtue of his abilities — relationships and social systems, the latter — determine the economy and benefits created by society.

The main characteristics of society are the general level of its development (determined by the levels of its components) and the degree of positivity (compliance of social laws with spiritual ones). The subtle world — contributes to the development of society through karmic influences, incarnations of messiahs, transfer of appropriate energies and information.

Personalities are powerful people who can significantly influence the process of development of society and are often incarnations of gods, deities or high asuras. As a rule, they are researchers (creation of information), spiritual teachers (transmission of information) and rulers (realization of information).

Self-realization in society — determined by the following basic knowledge and abilities: organization of life, psychology, professional training, personal qualities. The main ways of influencing society — professional and social activities, magic (attraction of external forces, own energy influences and patronage).

Levels of society development — monarchy (dominant knowledge — religion; labor — physical; requirements for a person — personal loyalty), democracy (science; organizational; professional suitability), aristocracy of spirit (esotericism, energy level; governing; personal qualities), hierarchy (esotericism; full compliance of social laws with spiritual ones).

4.4. The Subtle World

The subtle world within the Earth — energetic and quantum spaces, elements, worlds and beings inhabiting them with energies from the 17th to the 24th level. All beings are divided into the hierarchy of Light, the hierarchy of Evil (dark), mixed (gray) and undefined (those who have not chosen a path).

Hierarchy of Light — divided into secular, spiritual and creative power, which is patronized by the universal gods Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva. The program of love given by Christ (world teacher, 52nd level) ended in the year 2000, and it must be replaced by the program of the Golden Age, which organizes life according to the ideals and laws of the Creator.

Brahma (father god) — patronizes rulers, diplomats and warriors. Vishnu (holy spirit god) — patronizes priests (clergy), teachers and healers. Shiva (son-god) — patronizes explorers, creators and doers.

Egregors are stable energy-informational systems that implement their programs through positive or negative interactions with a person or other people. They are created to strengthen and support any processes and can be national, spiritual, personal, etc.

The subtle world is also responsible for human development through the creation of learning situations, informational and energetic influences. In case of adequate (corresponding to the laws) cognition and activity the influences of the subtle world on a person will be positive, in case of inadequate — negative.

4.5. The structure of creatures

Being — a complex system capable of transforming the surrounding world and the energy corresponding to its level. Existence — consists of essence, thought structures, one or more subtle bodies, a number of other systems, sometimes including the physical body.

Essence — consists of the energies of the Absolute, is directly or through patrons connected with it and contains the program of development of the being. The essence is also necessary for the creature to form, hold and strengthen its subtle bodies. Beings without essence are mortal.

Thought structures are the basic units of a being’s consciousness designed to make decisions, control perceptions and responses (physical and subtle bodies) through the processing of their corresponding energies, information and images.

Subtle bodies — are responsible for the realization of manifestations of the being and consist of shells, their systems and free energies. Shells — serve to house systems, hold free energies and protect from foreign energies and influences. Systems — realize different abilities of the being.

The physical body is the temporary dwelling place of a being and allows him to accelerate his development through the possibilities of accumulating large amounts of energy provided by this body. Each being is given the body it deserves and is able to control.

Section 5. Knowledge about human beings

5.1. Man

A human being is a special creature destined to become an assistant of the Creator in the realization of his plans and for this purpose endowed with great opportunities for development. In relation to the realization of their purpose (development) people are divided into those who are aware and those who are not aware, those who are developing and those who are not developing.

Aware — is characterized, first of all, by understanding of responsibility before God for one’s life and destiny, understanding of karmic consequences and the primacy of spiritual laws over social laws, understanding the regularities of destiny and the causes of one’s own reactions.
