Artem Rafikov was born in a small town in the south of Tatarstan, has made a big way from a waiter of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan to the head of his own service team for top officials of the Russian Federation. He has signed contracts for working with personnel with companies such as Black Star, Rosneft, KamAZ and others. At the moment, he is the founder of the international company Rafikov Training Institute LLC DUBAI, simultaneously developing his startup in the IT field. He travels a lot and has visited more than 25 countries around the world.
