Alexander N. — Professor, doctor of technical Sciences. After graduating in 1959 from the Leningrad electrotechnical Institute of communications, Leningrad electrical engineering Institute (now State University of telecommunications — GUT) he worked in the NGO “Red dawn” for the development and production of equipment of telecommunications. Since 1993, he headed the systems Department of the switching and distribution of information. Over the years he has published 12 books and textbooks. At the University alongside other disciplines taught the course “Teletraffic Theory”.
