Chapter 1. The Anatomy of States: The Polarity of Being

The world is not divided into the rich and the poor, or the strong and the weak. It is divided into those who are the Cause and those who are the Effect.

1.1. The Victim State: The Biological Trap

Most people do not consciously choose to be victims — their biology does it for them. The Victim State is an ancient survival mechanism rooted in the limbic system. When you face financial pressure, social judgment, or uncertainty, your brain perceives it as a lethal threat.

In this moment, the «fight, flight, or freeze» mode takes over, effectively shutting down your prefrontal cortex — your Creator Mind. You become a slave to a chemical cocktail of cortisol and adrenaline.

Diagnostic Markers of the Victim (Check yourself):

Reactivity: You react first (anger, offense, fear) and think later.

The Blame Game: Your energy is spent explaining why things «didn’t work out» (the government, partners, karma) rather than solving the problem.

The Dead End: A feeling that nothing depends on you and that you are just a grain of sand in an ocean of circumstances.

1.2. The Creator State: The Architecture of Will

The Creator State is not the absence of problems; it is a fundamental shift in your position toward them. Here, you are not an object being acted upon by the world, but the subject forming that world.

Core Principles of the Creator:

Radical Responsibility: Everything in your reality is a result of your internal settings. If you dislike the result, you change the settings, you don’t complain about the screen.

The Unbreakable Core: Internal peace and mental clarity are constants. External chaos only serves to confirm your strength in remaining stable.

Autonomy: You are independent of the destructive emotions of others. You broadcast awareness rather than absorbing the stress of the «sleeping» world.

1.3. The Transition Point: Activating Awareness

The shift from Victim to Creator happens in a single second — the moment you notice your own automatism. As soon as you catch yourself complaining or fearing and realize, «This is just a program,» you have already stepped into the Creator State.

Exercise: «The Reality Architect»

Right now, rate your state on a scale from -10 (Total Victim) to +10 (Absolute Creator).

Where are you standing?

What specific thought is holding you in the negative?

What happens if you decide, right now, that this thought no longer has power over you?

1.4. The Awareness Detector: Control Interception

Theory is not enough. Under stress, the brain seeks the familiar rut of suffering. The «Detector» is your red button to break that automation.

The Three Breaches:

Linguistic Breach: Using words like «have to,» «must,» «can’t,» or «if only…».

Physical Breach: Clenched jaws, raised shoulders, shallow breathing, or heaviness in the solar plexus.
