Chapter 1: Departure to the Big City

Murzik was a little kitten who lived in a village with his family. One day, he overheard some older cats talking about the big city.

«Have you heard about the big city?» one cat said. «It’s full of tall buildings and bright lights. There’s so much to see and do there!»

Murzik’s ears perked up. He had never been to the big city before. It sounded like an exciting place.

He went to his mother and asked her about it. «Mama, what’s the big city like?» he said.
