Nara Wilson-Hall is a passionate New Zealand author of historical crime, literary fiction, and nonfiction. Originally from Andijan, Uzbekistan, she has lived in several countries and speaks five languages. Her academic background is in psychology and engineering. Traveling extensively around Europe, China, Central Asia and learning about their history inspired her to create the characters. She resides in Aotearoa, New Zealand, a small town near Napier, the Art Deco Capital of the world, works at BP, and enjoys gardening.
