Born in September 1958. Candidate of physical and mathematical sciences. Specialization — general algebra, theoretical physics, philosophy. He worked as a researcher, analyst, head of expert teams, teacher at the CC RAS, at the Department of Mathematical Methods of Forecasting of the Moscow State University, at the Russian Energy Agency, at the Moscow Stock Exchange (MICEX), at the Computing Centers Councils of Ministers USSR and of the Latvian SSR.
