A bright representative of the modern avant-garde, the neo-surrealist author Gennadiy Loginov has a distinctive, incomparable style. He calls his unusual writing style «inversionism» — from the Latin «inversio»: «reversal; permutation», shifting of meanings, forms, images and perception perspective. A considerable number of poems, short stories, novellas and novels penned by the author, stand out as having a sharply unique style which is somewhat non-standard, but covers a wide range of topics.
