Igor Kazarinov was born in Barnaul, Russia, graduated from the Physics and Mathematics Boarding School at the Novosibirsk State University in 1978. He took prizes in the Olympiads in mathematics, physics and chemistry. He graduated from the Novosibirsk State University and worked in the USSR Academy of Sciences. Now he works as an educational consultant in Moscow. He personally helped more then 2000 students during 25 years.
