Anna Vladimirovna Demina (1980) — MD, PhD, infectious diseases specialist, virologist, scientist, and writer. She has authored more than 50 scientific publications. Anna was born in Novosibirsk, Russia. Graduated from Novosibirsk State Medical University. During her professional career she worked in Russia, Sweden, Israel, Spain and in Uganda, Africa, where the first story «They call me Mzungu» was written. Later new stories appeared and became part of this book.
