Dr. Evgeniy Chernyshev is a historian and political scientist. He defended his Candidate of Sciences degree (PhD) at the Insitute of Foreign history of the Immanuel Kant Russian State University in Kaliningrad. In 2015 he defended Doctoral thesis at the Institute for European Ethnology of the Humboldt University in Berlin. He held research fellowship at the Elliot School of International Affairs of the George Washington University and at the History department of the Stockholm University.
